FRP
CASING/BODY: |
The tower casing has been manufactured form
fiberglass reinforced plastic which is highly
corrosion resistance and give sufficient structural
strength, to with stand high wind velocity and
vibration. Casing is fabricated in segments duly
matched at works and aerodynamic contours are
achieved for best fan performance. |

WATER BASIN: |
|
|
| It is completely leak proof which avoids spillage & seepage
of water. It is of deep sump to ensure maximum
water level at all time and made of FRP with
additional stiffness to take care of extra water
weight. |

FAN: |
|
|
The
fan is directly driven, axial flow type
fans are specially
designed to ensure AEROFOIL Section throughout
the blade length, this ensure energy
saving and generates maximum air flow
at minimum
pitch angle of blades in the cooling
towers. Fans are electronically balanced
made of
light weight Aluminum casting. Fans are
durable, corrosion resistant and low
noise delivering
high flow. |

FAN MOTOR: |
|
|
| The motor is totally weatherproof in IP:55
construction, suitable for heated and humid atmosphere.
Special low RPM totally enclosed motor of vertical,
flange type with enlarged threaded shaft and
sealed top is supplied with the cooling tower. |

WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM: |
|
|
| "SPRINKLER": Our Bottle type tower is fitted with rotating
type of Sprinkler. The Sprinkler head is
made of Aluminum alloy to avoid corrosion.
It rotates at to 7 RPM by the reaction
force of circulating water, which is discharged
at low pressure out of holes of PVC pipes
and evenly distributed over PVC fills to
achieve maximum wetted surface area. |

| "OPTIONAL": Also our cooling tower is supplied with P.V.C.
Nozzles fitted on M.S.
galvanized distribution pipes. |

FILLS: |
|

| Our
honeycombed PVC fills are high performance,
heavy duty,
low weight, excellent resistance
to corrosion. These offer a striking balance
between maximum heat transfer surface area
vis-à-vis minimum restriction to
air flow. Thus providing more cooling at
lower
power consumption of the motor. They are
arranged in a manner to facilitate easy
replacement. |

STEEL STRUCTURE: |

| All members like supporting structure, fan
supports, motor stand are hot dip galvanized.
Also bolts, Nuts and washers used are M.S. plated. |
